Looks like you've got the APIDs wrong. The correct entries would be
Premiere 2:11798:h:0:27500:1791:1792:0:1:11
Premiere Action:11798:h:0:27500:1023:1024:0:1:20
(Note that I've also added the Pnr's to give you access to the EPG ;-)
