[linux-dvb] DivX player for DVB system?

Hi,

is anyone working on or has anyone tried to build a DivX player that can
play back a DivX-encoded file on the DVB card? If I understand correctly,
one would have to build an application that decodes the DivX stream and
outputs an MPEG stream that consists only of I-frames, right?
