[linux-dvb] DTV + DVB 0.8.x

Hi!

Which DTV version still compiles with DVB 0.8.x? Just got DTV-1.1.2. It
doesn't compile because of missing qam* definitions in DVB-0.8.x's
ost/include/ost/frontend.h.
