I have adapted my patches to the new version. This are:
- Jump to aka timesearch
- Jammed timer patch
- Multispeed trickmodes

You should apply the patches in the listed order or if you want
them all:
http://www.talknet.de/~huels/down/vdr-0.90-jumbo-patch.gz
If you want to apply only selected patches you may get warning
while patching but this shouldn't cause harm.
