OK it looks like this is the problem ...
everything above 11700 is hiband .. below is lowband ...
I use only the hi-band from my lnb ... IFA-TV and maybe other programms in
future will use low-band for digital transmissions ... (once I thought
digital tv is only available on hi-band)
I have to get connected to the lowband too ... time to get a multiswitch
or something simmliar ...

when you look at http://www.lyngsat.com/astra1e.shtml , 10832h (tp57) is
beneath other transponders with analog transmissions on it. So I assume,
it is lo-band. Klaus (receiving Astra only) uses a LNC with switching
hi/lo by 22kHz, h/v via 12/18V. I have a DiSEqC-8/8-switch attached to
receive Hotbird as well (and i use three analog receivers needing
lo-band).
