The lowest DATA-RATE i ever have seen was 1,9MBIT/S - at a STATION at 40,5WEST
(USA-SATELLITE) - the highes possible is 15MBit (as i know) i have a DBOX1 with
DVB2000 Software - there is a option to meassure the bitrate ...
