[linux-dvb] Can't compile tuxzap on 0.9.3 driver

When trying to complie tuxzap I got :
ntuxzap.hh:26:21: cdk/cdk.h: No such file or directory

Autogen.sh looks like finishing OK.

System mandrake 8.0 kernel 2.4.2
