Hi!
After a very happy time with DVB-s card, recording films from any
possible channel I could get, I now find myself in front of a great
problem: I have finished my disk space. As for archiving directly the
film to CD would mean that each film occupies 5/6 CDs, I would prefer to
archive some of them at least compressed in any format, but better DivX
;-). I tried to use directly the mpeg2divx utility but says that this is
not an Mpeg2 file, so I tried to mplex that file to DVD format, MPEG2
format, with always the same result. Is there anyone that succeeded in
compressing videos captured via the DVB card from Linux?
Thanks in advance.
Greetings Massimiliano Perantoni
