convergenge (the developers of dvb-drivers) have just signed something like chapter-11 (don't know the english word/legalese). if they don't find a investor til end of january, they're out of business. although the ceo says, they have purchase orders for next year. this is just a quick resumee. not a translation. hmmhh ... another good company to be killed ...
