The Nova-T card doesn't decode the video/audio by itself. You need to use
a software decoder.
Here's what works for me:
$ dvbstream -f mux-1-freq -o 600 601 | \
> ts2ps 600 601 | mplayer -vo xv -fs -pp 0x20000 -
This should get you bbc1 displayed.
