[NOTE: the -o and -t switches are Stephen's own additions. He's sent me patches and I'll try and release them today.] My next major release of dvbstream will solve this problem for you with its SVDRP inspired TELNET interface. The TELNET interface will attempt to mirror the DVB API. i.e. the plan is to allow users to set filters, clear filters, and save streams to files.
