[linux-dvb] where is/to get NEWSTRUCT branch

hi,

i've read multiple times about the NEWSTRUCT dvb-driver (including
hollywood+/dxr3 stuff).

is this accessible yet? i don't see it in webcvs on linuxtv.org.
cvs doesn't know about a so called branch.
