Hi guys!
I've been struggling to set up my shiny new Nova-T card in my dual
Athlon. Was wondering whether anyone has a confirmed running in similar
spec'd machines, I saw one posting mention grief with dual processor
machines and was hoping for a success story because I understand very
little about what's going on in the DVB driver / libdvb / life in
general and yearn to watch neighbours in glorious digital widescreen ;o)
Based in North London (UK), friends in neighbourhood have had success
with onDigital boxes, so assuming reception is not a problem.
H/W:
Dual Athlon 2100 MP on a Tyan 2466 mobo. 512 mb DDR.
Hauppauge Nova-T (SL 909-v1.1-uk)
Hauppauge WinTV-Go (which works nicely)
S/W:
Debian 3 with Kernel 2.4.19
Cheers,
'tish.
