Hi, i have very strange problem. My computer is running fine a long time and now it can not load the driver, if i do this, the pc will hang completely.
If i compile the new cvs-head driver i get always the following warningmessage: /usr/src/linux-2.4.20/include/linux/modules/videodev.ver:10: warning: this is the location of the previous definition If i try to load the driver with make insmod i can see the following output: make[1]: Entering directory /usr/local/video/DVB/driver/av7110' insmod input; \ insmod evdev; \ insmod dvb-ttpci.o; Using /lib/modules/2.4.20-xfs/kernel/drivers/input/input.o Using /lib/modules/2.4.20-xfs/kernel/drivers/input/evdev.o In the messages: Dec 26 15:25:39 video kernel: Linux video capture interface: v1.00 And on the monitor at the console i can see: Linux video capture interface: v1.00 DVB: registering new adapter (Technotrend/Hauppauge PCI rev2.1 or 2.2) PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 00:08.0 The computer is running fine, before this, i changed nothing, but i have no idea what the problem can be.
