Added support for NEWSTRUCT (HEAD) drivers.
Note: diseqc support for NEWSTRUCT is totally new and not fully tested:
volunteers are welcome.
Tested with drivers: 0.9.4 (with linux kernel 2.4.18) and dvb-kernel (from
linuxtv.org cvs, with linux kernel 2.4.20).
I don't know it this patch works with Metzlerbros' drivers.
Let me say that the actual total lack of documentation and comparison
about all these drivers is really frustrating and discouraging.
Please dear testers, let me know if diseqc with newstruct works.
