DVB drivers will not be included in RedHat distro before a long time (not even in 8.1). So we need to find a solution. What I would like to do is release an RPM for http://www.freshrpm.org.
Before everything, how can we compile the modules? Please help. This is so unusual to go directly to "make" without ./configure first. Would anyone be so kind to help us. We don't even know if a compilation under Redhat 8.0 is technicaly possible.
Read the README and INSTALL file. When your distribution screwed up the kernel include files get a fresh and recent kernel from http://www.kernel.org/, configure + install this one before building the DVB driver.
