OK. dvb-kernel driver seems to run properly. But how to use remote control?

By pressing keys on remote control I get sometimes characters on konsole and sometimes nothing happens.
You have to enable linux input support, event device support and disable keyboard input support (this is useful only for USB keyboards...) in your kernel - otherwise you'll get the input events on your console, too.
