[linux-dvb] Patch for szap

Hi,
I added two options for szap:
-c file : read channels from "file" (default is still
          ~/.szap/channels.conf)
-m      : monitoring

Now szap always monitors signal, BER, etc, and we have to "ctrl-c" to
stop. If we don't use "-m" option, do-while cicle is done only one time.

I don't know if these options are useful... I use them...
