No, linuxtv-dvb-1.0.0-pre3 and DVB CVS are for 2.4.x kernels *only*,
while dvb-kernel CVS works with 2.4 and 2.6 kernels.
Kernel 2.6.x contains a recent snapshot of dvb-kernel.

Correct. You have 2 options:
- fix compilation or
- compile vdr against the linux-tv DVB driver, e.g.
linuxtv-dvb-1.0.0-pre3
