I'm a ugly C-programmer, but I can try (no warranties it'll work
flawlessly).

Currently I'm thinking about either setting it to 128 or deleting it.

PCI-latency of 64 would only have meaning for a 66 MHz PCI-bus. So who
put it in and why?

Can the SAA7146 be soldered on a 66 MHz-board?

Does Linux calculate the latency correctly from min. latency demanded
from the chipset?
