Tha PAT is invalid because more than one service point to the same PMT PID. But the PMT has a field "program_number" which corresponds to the service_id from the PAT. scan relies on that program_number. As a workaround, one could remember the service_id in the PMT filter's struct section_buf, and use that in parse_pmt instead of the program_number (== table_id_ext) from the PMT.
