I compiled DVB-driver-1.0.1 against origin Debian kernel-image-2.4.22-1-686-smp without problems. You can get debian-source-packages of the DVB-driver from the ctvdr-repository at Heise. With the source-packages you just have to go into your kernel-sources and type "make-kpkg" to get a ready2install debian-package compiled.
