> I want to download PS mpeg files through DVB/IP (data), store these This is only possible if you can get mpeg file trasmitted over IP by some specialized dvb-to-ip network source of course, standard DVB broadcasts like RTL, ZDF etc can't be recorded using dvb_net IP.

This won't work on dvb-s, as the dvb-s type of network is far from correctly functional because of its bandwidth transport bottleneck > Well, I need this with my Nexus. I wouldn't like to have a Nova for > downloading packets, and a Nexus for just reading video (and not using > the DVB-S part of it). It's like having 2 radios in your car. :) I know it sucks to have 2 cards! You know, (This should go to FAQ): 'full featured dvb-s card' is simply mis-named because it is not FULL featured at all! The feature "FULL TS BANDWIDTH", important for large bandwidth downloads and proper network functioning is simply missing in 'full featured dvb-s cards' and is only available on 'Budget' type of cards that in turn don't have hardware MPEG2. I used to have both dvb-s and budget cards to get true full-feature until I got bored and I hardware patched my dvb-s to add full ts bandwith capability (this is called budget-patch) so I finally got rid of Budget card.
