Ok that worked great! However I still have the problem, with my /var/log/messages. Sure you can imagine the filesize of flooded logs ;(. It's about hundrets of MB a day ;(.
There are some unconditional printk()s in the code, apparently for finding some bugs regarding automatic tv standard detection.
As a quick fix, you can simply delete the printk()s from the code.
I guess somebody needs to cleanup the av7110 debugging outputs a little bit -- if I find the time I'll do it before the next major kernel patches go it.
