This looks like there is something really strange going on with the 
kernel sources (circular dependencies!). I would recommend to follow the 
advices given by Onno or Heino.

 By the way, I have SkyStar1 1.3 card. What if I will upgrade kernel to 2.6.1? Does 2.6.1 support my SkyStar1 card?

The Skystar1 is basically a Technotrend lookalike, so it should work 
with any kernel version.
