It seems you are using the gui, right?
I never tested the code with the gui, only with the normal CLI mplayer; I thought that
the menu didn't even show up in the gui.
You should report this bug in [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Yes, I've just checked again with current cvs build and the problem only occurs with the gui enabled (--enable-gui). With gui disabled (default) it all works nicely and I can change channels using the OSD menus which show the channels from my channels.conf.
I'll submit a bug report ...
