I had also this problem which was solve in its time ;-)
And the described one appeared...
I have tested kernels till 2.6.2-rc1-mm3 with same result, and with
vdr-1.2.6 and vdr-1.3.[123] ;-)
I have a 2.4.25-pre7 just for editing my reccording (also with
dvb-kernel from CVS)...
