Might be.

The bit error rates the philips frontend reports are *very* different
btw, they range from ~6000 up to 131070 (upper bound?)  within vhf
frequencies.  With bit error rates above ~50000 the Philips frontent
starts to have trouble with locking, and even if it locks there are
often errors in the transport stream.

Doesn't change anything, the Grundig frontend still doesn't lock at
all.
