I would have preferred if you had posted experimental patches to the list first before comitting to CVS. Anyway, so far the it seems to work with my three cards (siemens DVB-C/ves1820, Nexus-s/ves1x93, budget-s/stv0299), but my impression is that the old code worked slightly better. I don't have time to look at your code right now to help find out why. Anyway, I planned to make a 1.1.1 release of the driver this or next week, so we can start branching CVS, to separate 2.6 kernel stuff. I am not going to include the new frontend stuff in the release, because I think it needs much more testing. This means you can keep hacking on it regardless of the release plans.
