Timo,

That could happen when there are either no subtitles in the recording (i.e. the subtitle stream wasn't recorded), no subtitles were broadcast for that particular program, or you have specified the wrong teletext page number.

If you're sure that your problem is not one of those, then I can take a look if you are able to make part of your recording available for me to download from somewhere.
