OK, that didn't help (me) much :-(
Can you try to load the drivers with saa7146 debug enabled
and post what happens before the "irq 23: nobody cared!"
message comes?
('./insmod.sh debug' should do it, or maybe increase
saa7146_debug to 255 in insmod.sh).
Maybe Michael Hunold can help with this...
