in 16 Sep 2003 (http://www.linuxtv.org/mailinglists/vdr/2003/09-2003/msg00630.html) someone asked if the low-budget card ELTA 8683 (29Euro) is running with the linuxtv-drivers. But there were no clear answers.
So does the linuxtv-driver support this card?
