there's no Rules.make in 2.6. Perhaps you downloaded the DVB driver which is only for 2.4 kernels. use the newest dvb-kernel from linuxtv.org http://linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/dvb-kernel/ Lukas
