hi man,
thats no bug, its dependend on your hw (dvbs type+revision).
i got always the same effects, even with the windos driver.
it should be too hard to adapt the driver to each and every dvb hw.
try setting hwsections to zero when loading the driver (type modinfo <module> for parameter overview) as stated in the docs and report.
