First, in gnutv_data_decoder_pmt() at line 395, within the if() block, audio_pid seems to have been used instead of video_pid. Looks like a copy and paste bug.
Secondly, if no CAM is present then gnutv_ca_new_pmt() can never return 1 and so every PMT packet received is evaluated, whether the version number has changed or not. This causes packet loss while the filters are reinstalled.
