Isn't the tuner labelled as HVR-1110? (Not HVR1100-revX)
Where i can find this information ?
On my original box, i see : " HVR 1100 modèle 1108"

Please ignore the numbering on the box
The label on the tuner can should say WinTV-HVR-1110 model# 67019 Rev B0B4.
This is a HVR1110 model, not a revision of the HVR1100 (which has a
totally different PCI Bridge).
I need to stress to you that the HVR1100 and HVR1110 products are
completely different, your patch could/will confuse non-technical users.
