The snapshot at kromtek.com is the latest one and fixes in a lot of bugs.
The frontend has full debug enabled, since you caught so many bugs on v4l2 I hope you get some feedback.
the modules mantis.ko as well as mb86a16.ko, takes in module parameter verbose, with which you can set the verbosity level, feel free to play with the verbosity as you please.
