Since long time I tried to repeat same operation under Fedora core 6, but whithout success. My kernel version is: 2.6.18-1.2869.fc6 Here are my steps: # yum install mercurial # hg clone http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb # hg clone http://linuxtv.org/hg/dvb-apps # cd v4l-dvb # make and then I got the problem: make -C /home/mythtv/v4l-dvb/v4l make[1]: Entering directory `/home/mythtv/v4l-dvb/v4l' Updating/Creating .config File not found: /lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2798.fc6/build/.config at ./scripts/make_kconfig.pl line 30. make[1]: *** No rule to make target `.myconfig', needed by `config-compat.h'. Stop. make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/mythtv/v4l-dvb/v4l' make: *** [all] Error 2 Can someone of you give me help?
