I'm looking to upgrade my system and it seems all the newer rackmount systems from Dell, IBM, HP and the like all have 3.3v PCI slots only and the majority of my DVB-S cards are 5v. So, I'm wondering if someone can tell me the most stable best supported USB DVB-S module available.
