@all users of ves1820-based DVB-C cards (FF ttpci, budget),

please test whether the attached patch has any adverse effects.
(Tests @vdr-portal did not show any problems yet.)

It changes the acquisition range for clock recovery from 120 ppm to
240ppm. Apparently, some cable providers in Germany are playing with
their parameters, and the capture range of the ves1820 is too small
to acquire a lock with the current setting... ;-(

If nobody complains I will commit this patch next weekend.
