The support for 2.2.x is new, I _think_ (didn't look
too close last time as I use 2.0.35) but the 2.0.x package
is exactly the same as I got from Asaf Begerano of M-sys.
this Mars. And no, no source, just some glue logic to make
it the kernel source patches easier to incorporate.

We've sort of decided _not_ to use DiscOnChip but still
support it for field upgrades. Using a switch and some
clever hardware (don't ask, I'm not involved) we're making
the EPROM and DOC hot swappable. I.e. Boot -> enter upgrade
mode (stop using EPROM) -> flick switch -> swap EPROM/DOC ->
upgrade and resume normal operation. I'm actually _not_ holding
my breath on this one, but it would be neat if it works.
