Yeah your right.. I will narrow it down.

STPC system. 8 Megs Ram with 4 megs allocated for kernel+App code. Remaing ram will be

loading and playing macromedia flash files.   Anybody know of a port of Macromedias 
SDK. 
(Not Java)

PCMCIA, IDE, Serial portsm, and LCD VGA output.  IDE (a 4 meg or 8 meg) Sandisk CF.

Unit will boot linux either directly out of ROM or from the CF and run with out user  
intervention. It just sits ther and play flash files. Accepts commands from the serial 
port 
and/or the ethernet to download and store more flash files or playing schedules.

Lots of this system is still in the requirements defining so nothing here is firm.. 
But 
thats the general idea of what we are going to do.
