This is an error from the X server, actually, I'm pretty sure.  There's
a program that can dump the raw Xlib requests floating around out
there, though -- never having needed it -- I'm not sure anymore what
it's called.  You might find something useful on the server's STDERR,
too.

BTW: you really ought to be using 4.77; there are several security
fixes therein.  Or maybe Opera?  Do you really need *Netscape*, or just
a browser?
