About LEM X11 Error : rxvt aborting...

Hi,   I have installed LEM with X11 librairies in my flash IDE drive. But, when i launch XFree, with startx command, i have this error : "rxvt aborting".   Can you help me please.   Thanks in advance.   Pierre
