Howdy-

Hope you can help with this one.

I can run tinylogin under a full install of RH 6.2 linux, and it works
wonderfully on the serial port, console, etc. However, I am trying to
customize a system for flash disk, so most of the system is read only.
There are a few filesystems that are held in ramdisks and so are
read-write, like /dev, /var/run, /var/log/, etc. When I run it under this
system, the console is fine, but the serial connection is SLOWWWWW! It
takes approximately 30-45 seconds for the login prompt to apear, another
20 seconds for root to appear after I type it on the keyboard.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
