I think it's fine to spread GET_SUM_BLKADDR/GET_SUM_BLKOFF, but anyway, it's
fine to leave it as it is since it's minor cleanup.

Oh, I missed to check tune_sb_features(), fsck can only set encrypt/casefold 
feature
rather than all features w/ settable field == 1.
