It seems some people here have pb using the recommended way to create a local debmirror for various reasons (firewalls filtering rsync protocol, disk space, apt-move behaving strangely, ...) I have developped a small script that create a debmirror from packages present on the system. It also look at apt-proxy pkg files and adds them into the debmirror. It's probably not the most beautifull piece of software but I share it hoping it can help someone...
