The default fai kernel 2.6.8 does not have the autofs4 module
included. You can check on the install server:
grep -i autofs4 /usr/lib/fai/nfsroot/boot/config*
The 2.6.14 kernel from fai-kernels version 1.10.1 includes the autofs4
kernel module.
