Could still be something like "-r  | --really"
The question is if we want another command line option or go for
Andreas's proposal - this file is not so hard toi recreate in case
someone accidentally deletes a *.diabled file.

Thomas: what was the reasoning to make that check? Can it be removed?
Should that be a wishlist bug?
