automatic reboot?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but how do I get a machine to 
automatically reboot itself at the end of a FAI install?

I've put each of the following lines in a script  in turn (not all at the 
same time) but none of them worked:

export flag_reboot=1
flag_reboot=1
flag_reboot=0
